2. Evaluate & Compare

ENERlite Consulting evaluates and compares the building’s EUI against the national median, LEED Baseline, and Title-24 (for California) or other local energy code-compliant buildings. At this step, we define the renewable energy required to meet the project ZNE or ZNE-Ready goals. In addition, we present realistic LEED points for energy and daylight credits to the design team.
