3. Evolve EEMs

We finalize a list of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) at this stage. We separately investigate the impact of each EEM on the energy consumption of the building. We propose various bundles of EEMs to the design team and outline their associated energy savings. ENERlite Consulting performs a parametric analysis of various options at this phase and picks the optimized solutions depending on the climate and building energy goals.
