Our Story.
ENERlite Consulting is on a mission to transform how buildings are designed, built, and operated. Ladan, the visionary behind the company, embarked on this journey with a purpose - to revolutionize the architecture and construction industry. Her passion for sustainability and her commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of buildings led to the inception of ENERlite Consulting. Through a holistic approach, ENERlite’s team aims to decarbonize the built environment and reduce operational and embodied carbon in buildings.
Dr. Ghobad founded ENERlite Consulting, Inc. to integrate building performance simulation into the design process. As an energy analyst, Ladan felt a void in the projects she worked on during her professional practice at engineering consulting firms. Comprehensive analysis, especially in the domains of energy, daylighting, thermal comfort, and carbon emission analysis was often overlooked in projects. This realization ignited the spark that led to the creation of ENERlite Consulting.
Ladan’s interest in a comprehensive approach to building design started during her Ph.D. studies. She focused on the integration of daylighting and energy analysis, exploring how daylighting affects a building's energy consumption. This invaluable research forms the bedrock of our approach, ensuring that every design decision is backed by rigorous scientific understanding.
Meet the Team.
